Jordan had his cast put on today. All I could do was sit beside him and hold his hand while he cried his eyes out. He was doing well when the doctor and his assistant wrapped his arm in the cast. Then, they had to set his bone so they bent his arm and held it in place until the cast hardened. I held his hand and tried to comfort him while he cried. I tried not to cry but that's not possible when your child is in pain. The doctor told me it would be painful for him and would feel like he was breaking his arm all over again. It had to be done so his arm could heal properly. He is doing great right now. He is playing with his brother and he likes his new cast.
